Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your item in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, certificates, and warranty cards before sealing it in a shipping carton.

  Ship to Fink's

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
